The relation between overturning couple and height of centre of gravity is given by_______

(a) Co = Fcxh

(b) Co = Mv^2xh/R

(c) Co = Mv^2 * (h/R)^2

(d) Co = Mv^2 * h/R^2

This question was posed to me in exam.

I would like to ask this question from Stability of a Four Wheel drive Moving in a Curved Path topic in chapter Gyroscopic Couple and Precessional Motion of Machine Dynamics

The correct answer is (a) Co = Fcxh

The explanation: Centrifugal force is  given by : Fc = (Mv^2)/R and the overturning couple is the cross product of h and Fc.
