On which of the following factor, the power of a torsion dynamometer does not depend?

(a) Speed

(b) Torque

(c) Angle of twist

(d) Friction

I got this question in final exam.

I'd like to ask this question from Types of Dynamometers topic in section Brakes and Dynamometers of Machine Dynamics

Correct answer is (d) Friction

The best I can explain: Power is directly proportional to Torque and Speed,

Torque is directly proportional to the angle of twist. Thus power also depends on the angle of twist.
