The best I can explain: Fine paper is made from bleached pulp. Paper is divided into two broad categories- fine paper and coarse papers. Fine papers are generally used for writing paper, bond, ledger, and book and cover papers. Whereas, coarse papers are generally made of unbleached kraft softwood pulps and are used for packaging.
