I have been asked this question during an interview.

I would like to ask this question from Discharge over a Rectangular, Triangular, Trapezoidal & Stepped Notch in chapter Orifices, Mouthpieces, Notches and Weirs of Fluid Mechanics

Right option is (a) .125 m

To elaborate: L = 1.5 * Q / (Cd * √2g * H^1.5)

                      = 1.5 * .2 / (.62 * √19.62 * .7^1.5)

                      = .125 m.
