Right answer is (d) Carbon dioxide

Explanation: Carbon dioxide is not used by methanotrophic or methane producing bacteria to oxidize methane. Methanotrophic bacteria is used to oxidize methane to carbon dioxide via Methanol, Formaldehyde, Methane and not carbon dioxide itself.
