For explanation I would say: Genetically engineered microorganisms can be used to treat biomedical wastes as it gives a new biological approach to treat the wastes which poses a great threat to the human health. Moreover, it is more environment friendly than any other methods. It can be used to convert the toxic wastes to non-hazardous and non-toxic form.
