(b) Fermentation

(c) Reduction of fatty acid

My doubt stems from Anaerobic Bacterial Degradation of Biopolymers in chapter Biodegradation of Organic Pollutants of Environmental Biotechnology

The correct answer is (c) Reduction of fatty acid

The best I can explain: In anaerobic conditions, the biopolymers are usually degraded by the following process like depolymerisation, Fermentation, oxidation of fatty acids i.e. acetogenesis and finally Biogas formation.
