My question is based upon Regulation Modules topic in division Regulation Modules and Canal Structure of Irrigation Engineering

Right answer is (a) Rigid Modules

To explain I would say: The ratio of rate of change of discharge through the outlet to the rate of change of water level of distributary, to the normal depth of the channel is known as sensitivity. Since the discharge is fixed for rigid modules the sensitivity is zero.
