If the point of contact between the two teeth is always on the involute profiles of both the teeth, then which of the phenomenon will occur?

Correct option is (a) Avoidance of interference

For explanation I would say: The interference may only be avoided, if the point of contact between the two teeth is always on the involute profiles of both the teeth.
