This question was addressed to me by my school principal while I was bunking the class.

I want to ask this question from Prototyping and UML Use Case Diagrams in division Unified Modelling Language of Software Architecture

Correct option is (c) Name Use cases with verb phrases

To elaborate: Actors are noun phrases and never make a product as an actor.
