Which of the following action finalises hazardous air pollutants for HWC?

(a) RCRA

(b) CERCLA

(c) NESHAP

I had been asked this question in an interview for internship.

Correct answer is (c) NESHAP

For explanation I would say: NESHAP finalizes for hazardous air pollutants for hazardous waste combustors (HWCs) which includes hazardous waste burning incinerators, cement kilns, lightweight aggregate kilns, industrial/commercial/institutional boilers and process heaters, and hydrochloric acid production furnaces.
