The question was asked by my college director while I was bunking the class.

My question is based upon Rules in section Hazardous Waste Rules of Hazardous Waste Management

Correct answer is (c) RCRA

The best I can explain: TSDFs are required to obtain RCRA permit form which has the set of technical rules and regulations to be followed for proper management of facility.
