When should form 4 has to be submitted to SPCB?

(a) May

(b) June

(c) July

(d) August

This question was posed to me in a job interview.

My question is based upon Rules in section Hazardous Waste Rules of Hazardous Waste Management

Right option is (b) June

The best I can explain: Form 4 has to be submitted to State Pollution Control Board by 30th day of June of every year for the previous periods April to March.
