Right option is (a) 0.1-0.3

The best I can explain: The range of Poisson’s ratio μ for loess is 0.1-0.3. The range of Poisson’s ratio μ for unsaturated clay is also 0.1-0.3. For saturated clay it is 0.4-0.5. For silt it is 0.3-0.35.
