The correct answer is (a) HCl gas

The best explanation: HCl gas does not follow Henry’s law as in solution HCl dissociate into ions H^+ and Cl^–. HCl is a strong acid and it interrelates with solvent and readily dissociate into its constituent ions. While Helium, oxygen gas and hydrogen gas do not dissociate on interaction with water so they follow Henry’s law.
