Right option is (a) cleaning, sorting

For explanation: Cleaning means the removal of foreign materials from the desired products. This can be accompanied by washing, screening, hand picking. Grading and sorting refers to separation of cleaned product into various fractions based on commercial values. Drying is only done after the cleaning and grading of the product.
