My question is based upon Conservancy System in division Water Supply for Building, Collection and Conveyance of Sewage, Waste Water Flow Rate of Environmental Engineering

To explain I would say: In water carriage system, the collection, conveyance and disposal of various types of wastes are carried out with the help of water.
