This question was addressed to me by my school principal while I was bunking the class.

My doubt is from Dry Weather Flow in chapter Water Supply for Building, Collection and Conveyance of Sewage, Waste Water Flow Rate of Environmental Engineering

Right option is (a) Exfiltration

To explain I would say: Exfiltration is the reverse process of Infiltration where flow through sewer decreases and pollution of the ground water increases.
