Majority of the waste produced by commercial industries have better results when treated by _________

This question was addressed to me in an interview for job.

My query is from Scope of Environmental Biotechnology in section Issues and Scope of Environmental Biotechnology of Environmental Biotechnology

The correct choice is (a) Biological methods

For explanation: Almost all the industrial waste produced if treated by biological methods like bio-components or microorganisms, helps in waste management in an environment friendly way whereas if treated by Chemical methods, it might be toxic to the environment later, physical method is very tedious and time taking and physio-chemical method is both time taking and has high chances of toxicity.
