Correct option is (a) True

To explain: The given statement is true. The weight of the package is not included in the net weight of the commodity, only if-the total weight of such immediate wrappers does not exceed:

• 8%, where wrapper (primary package) is a waxed paper or any other paper, with wax or aluminium foil (under strip), or

• 6%, paper (not waxed).
