I have been asked this question in an interview for internship.

This interesting question is from Movement of Piston in Dash Pot in section Viscous Flow & Turbulent Flow of Fluid Mechanics

Right option is (c) Aluminium

For explanation I would say: Pistons are made from aluminium alloys. The properties of these alloys can be improved by forging technique. Forging is done to improve the fatigue life and strength of the piston.
