The value of the viscosity of an ideal fluid is

(a) zero

(b) unity

(c) infinity

(d) more than that of a real fluid

This question was posed to me in an interview for internship.

I would like to ask this question from Introduction to Fluid Mechanics topic in division Properties of Fluids of Fluid Mechanics

The correct answer is (a) zero

The best I can explain: Ideal fluids are non-viscous which means they will have zero viscosity.
