My question is based upon Two Dimensional Problems topic in section Two Dimensional Problems using Constant Strain Triangles of Finite Element Method

Right choice is (b) Isoparametric

To explain I would say: The isoparametric representation of finite elements is defined as element geometry and displacements are represented by same set of shape functions.
