Correct choice is (d) Reaction force

Easiest explanation: By penalty approach we can derive boundary conditions of an element or a structure. The first step of this approach is to add a large number to the diagonal elements. Second step is to extract element displacement vector. Third step is to evaluate reaction force at each point.
