Right answer is (c) The primary distribution system, secondary distribution system, and tertiary distribution system

To explain: An integral management system designed to deliver a constant flow of water among irrigators along a tertiary canal is called Warabandi. This entire water conveyance system is divided into Primary, Secondary and Tertiary distribution system. Water allowance is just a certain rate of flow which is allocated to each unit of C.C.A in this warabandi system.
