Who discovered the formation of ozone from photochemical reactions?

To explain I would say: Sydney Chapman was the physicist who discovered that stratospheric ozone if formed when the UV rays from the sun splits oxygen molecules, and the nascent oxygen combines with existing molecules to form ozone.
