I had been asked this question by my school principal while I was bunking the class.

My question is based upon Transportation Guidelines topic in division Transportation of Hazardous Wastes of Hazardous Waste Management

Right option is (b) Signed by transporter

Easy explanation: The yellow manifest copy has to be signed by the transporter of hazardous waste and retained by the occupier.
