My question is from Determination of in-situ Density in chapter Index Properties Determination of Geotechnical Engineering I

The correct answer is (b) 10

For explanation I would say: The core cutter consists of steel cutter with 10cm internal diameter and 13cm external diameter. The cutter consists of hardened edges.
