Right answer is (d) Slag, Iron and Coke

Easiest explanation: After the melted iron is removed from the cupola, the contents of the cupola that is the unburned coke, slag and partially melted iron is removed (which belonged to previous melting operation) and dumped. The material such as slag, iron and coke sticking to the side walls is chipped off.
