My doubt stems from Types of Patterns topic in division Pattern Materials & Moulding Sand Tests of Foundry and Forging

The correct answer is (c) Gated Pattern

The explanation: Gated Pattern is a pattern where the gating and runner system is integral with a pattern. A Gated Pattern consists if the molding and control patterns, jigs, the drying plates and the stripping place all embedded in it. Once the pattern is removed it is removed automatically.
