What happens when water contains 8-20 ppm of fluoride concentration?

(a) Blue baby disease

(b) Crippling fluorosis

(c) Dental fluorosis

(d) Mottling of teeth

This question was addressed to me during an online interview.

I need to ask this question from Fluoridation and Defluoridation in division Miscellaneous Treatment Methods of Environmental Engineering

Correct answer is (b) Crippling fluorosis

For explanation I would say: Dental fluorosis is caused when fluoride concentration is above 3 ppm, whereas Crippling fluorosis is caused when the concentration of fluoride in water is between 8 and 20ppm.
